Singing OC Transpo Driver told to stop

OC Transpo is coming under fire for the third time this week.
Yves Roy, the singing bus driver has been told to stop his serenading. According to OC Transpo, twelve passengers have complained since January about the singing so management has instructed Roy to stop.
This is just the latest controversy to hit the transit company this week.
A video uploaded to YouTube Monday, shows a driver speaking on his cell phone, while driving down the Queensway.
In a statement general manager Alain Mercier said “operators are trained and regularly reminded that it is illegal to use a mobile device while driving.”
“Individuals who do not follow OC Transpo policies and provincial law face disciplinary measures, up to and including dismissal when warranted,” he wrote.
Mercier has launched an investigation into the incident.
This is Mercier’s second statement in as many days.
On Monday, he released an apology after a different driver went on a tirade, swearing and yelling at a mildly autistic passenger.
The results of that investigation are expected to be released later this week.
