Temporary lane reductions along canal

Ottawa drivers are dealing with temporary lane reductions Wednesday morning along the Rideau canal.

The traffic disruption has been put in place so NCC crews can install the Skateway equipment.

From 8am-11am one lane on the Queen Elizabeth driveway, north of Fifth Avenue is scheduled to be off-limits to motorists, in both directions

Then from 11am until 12:30pm Colonel By Drive will close one lane south of the Bronson bridge on-ramp in both directions followed by another lane north of Main Street being closed for about an hour and a half following that.
