What’s open and closed on Remembrance Day

A reminder of closures for Remembrance Day. While it will be a normal day for most of us, some folks will have the day off.
There will be no postal service, banks will be closed, as well as federal government offices and City Hall.
While emergency services and garbage pick-up will be provided by the city, there will be no recreational programs available at local community centres. Click here to see which centres are affected.
The city’s historic museums and emergency shelters will be open. However, the Children’s Services offices and centres, property tax and utility payment counters, and parking ticket payment counters will be closed.
Also, the LCBO will open after noon.
