Charges laid in pepper-spraying incident

A 19-year-old man is facing several charges after a pepper-spraying incident on an OC Transpo bus Sunday night.

The incident occurred on Woodroffe Avenue near Algonquin College.

Paramedics treated four people on the bus for exposure to the spray.

Keith Laing is charged with administering a noxious thing and breach of probation.
