Ottawa under freezing rain warning

Environment Canada has issued a freezing rain warning for Ottawa, Gatineau, Kanata, Orelans, and a wide swath of areas to the south of the city.
Travellers are advised to exercise extereme caution on the roads as the freezing rain starts to fall.
