Police launch a cyber crime prevention campaign

The Ontario Chiefs of Police will kick off a provincial cyber crime prevention campaign next week.
It will focus on crimes such as on-line fraud, lottery e-mail scams, identity theft and “phishing” on-line scams.
The education campaign set to begin Monday, will come a few days before the start of March — which is fraud prevention month.
