Whitney Houston’s family had better not be counting on future royalties to pay the bills.
Houston’s music soared to the top of the online charts after the her death, however her daughter Bobbi Kristina may not see a single cent, according to the New York Daily News.
Houston borrowed so much money in advances and loans she isn’t owed anything under the $100-million deal she signed back in 2001, claimed sources close to Sony Music.
In order for her family to start collecting royalties again, one industry blogger estimated Houston would have to posthumously sell more than five million albums.
