Thunderstorms, toonie-sized hail headed for the capital

OTTAWA – The capital region could see thunderstorms, torrential downpours and toonie-sized hail as a storm system moves into the region from southern and eastern Ontario.

The capital is under a thunderstorm watch and Environment Canada says the system should move through quickly.
