Man shot in the leg in Ottawa’s south end

OTTAWA – Ont. – The sound of gunfire woke up some residents in Ottawa’s south end Thursday morning.

A man, 22, was shot in the leg near Lorry Greenberg Drive and Blohm Drive around 2 a.m.

He was taken to hospital and is expected to be okay.

Officers with the Guns and Gangs Unit are now tracking two suspects in connection to the shooting.
