Globe and Mail launches paywall for digital content

The Globe and Mail has become the lastest newspaper to launch a paywall — meaning you have to pay for content.
People who subscribe to The Globe five or six days a week can access the paper online for free but it requires you to sign up.
Non-subscribers will be able to access 10 stories a month for free, but if you want more than that, you’ll have to pay.
“Globe Unlimited” will cost 99 cents for the first month then after that the cost increases to $19.99 a month.
The newspaper said the new structure is to pay for digital journalism.
In Canada, Postmedia recently launched paywalls at several of its newspapers, including the Ottawa Citizen and Vancouver Province.
