Ottawa’s Stephanie LaRochelle finishes as runner up on CBC’s ‘Over the Rainbow’

OTTAWA-Ottawa’s Stephanie LaRochelle missed out by a piece of straw on CBC’s ‘Over the Rainbow’.

The finale started off Monday night by sending AJ Bridel home before the winner was announced as Danielle Wade.

The Wizard of Oz begins December 20th at The Ed Mirivsh Theatre.
