CUPE strike looms

ONTARIO – A labour battle is brewing for janitorial and education support staff in the province.

Close to 55,000 CUPE members in Ontario have voted 88 per cent in favour of striking.

In Ottawa, the board most affected would the Catholic board, although there are CUPE members in all four boards.
