Bieber Fever hits the capital

The capital has come down with a bad case of Bieber Fever.

Canadian pop-star Justin Bieber is performing at Scotiabank Place Friday evening.

Many teenage girls arrived hours before – some even skipping school – hoping to see Bieber before the concert.

“He’s beautiful”, fan Megan told 1310News. “I couldn’t even sleep.”

Some fans – also known as “Beliebers”- got a glimpse of Justin a couple times as he was going to and from his trailer.

Canadian singer Carly Rae Jepsen and The Wanted are opening the show.
