Police nab suspect in Orleans stabbing

OTTAWA, Ont. – Ottawa police have a man in custody but no charges have been laid after a stabbing in Orleans Monday night.

An 18-year-old man remains in hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Ottawa police were called to the Convent Glen Plaza around 10 p.m. Monday, where they discovered the teen with several stab wounds.

An investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service at 613-236-1222 extension: 3212.
