Bell service out in Osgoode

Hundreds of Osgoode residents have been without Bell telephone and internet services for three weeks.
According to the Sun, Bell Canada was alerted about problems with their service within the community a week before Christmas.
Some problems customers have reported are having no dial tone, inability to receive or answer calls or lines crossed with other residences.
The cause of the problem has not been identified.
