Theresa Spence not attending meeting between First Nations and Harper Friday

OTTAWA, Ont. Hunger striking Attawapiskat Chief Theresa Spence says she will not take part in Friday’s meeting between Prime Minister Stephen Harper and members of the Assembly of First Nations unless the Governor General also attends.

David Johnston has said he will not be taking part in Friday’s meeting, because the gathering is a working meeting with government on public policy issues.
