Ottawa Public Health issues frostbite warning

OTTAWA, Ont. – The city is urging you to bundle up, as colder temperatures have moved back into the capital region.

Ottawa Public Health has issued a frostbite advisory, because of a forecasted wind chill of minus 25 or below.

Public health suggests you wear a hat, gloves or mittens, dress in layers and drink warm fluids.
