20,000 Hydro One customers without power

OTTAWA – 20,000 Hydro One customers spent Sunday afternoon without electricity.
Jeremy Beckett with Hydro One told 1310News, at the peak of the outage, 20,000 people were affected from Smithsfalls to Kemptville.
The extreme weather which caused roads to be closed also affected the power grid.
As of 5 p.m. only 3,852 customers near Christie Lake remained in the dark.
