Police find Tim Bosma’s truck; search continues for missing Ancaster man

HAMILTON, Ont. – The Dodge Ram pickup truck belonging to missing Ancaster man Tim Bosma has been located in Kleinburg, Hamilton police confirm.

Hamilton police said the vehicle was found at the home of Madeline Millard – mother of the man arrested Saturday in connection with the disappearance of Bosma.

Bosma remains missing. He disappeared on Monday after taking two men for a test drive of his truck which he had posted for sale online.

Officers have also been investigating the Region of Waterloo International Airport.

The family of the arrested suspect owns a hangar there.

Dellen Millard, 27, was arrested and charged Saturday with forcible confinement and theft in relation to the disappearance of Tim Bosma.

Millard is part of the storied ‘Millard Air’ family. His family once ran chartered flights out of Toronto, and has operations in the Waterloo region.

Millard himself was once the youngest person in the world to fly a helicopter solo, when he did it at the young age of fourteen.

Molly Hayes from the Hamilton Spectator spoke with CityNews channel about the Millard family.

“They do have a hangar out there, and as far as we know there is a space that Dellen and friends have used to build cars, they seem to be hobbyist car racers,” Hayes said.

Police are still looking for a second suspect in connection with Bosma’s disappearance. He’s described as white, five-foot-nine to five-foot-10, 170-180 pounds, in his mid-20s, and with dark hair.
