Mandela on life support: CNN

CNN reports that Nelson Mandela, former president of South Africa, has been placed on life support.

Mandela was rushed to a hospital in Pretoria on June 8. The sense of foreboding about the 94-year-old’s fate has grown since late Sunday, when the South African government declared that the condition of the statesman had deteriorated.
