OTTAWA – A single-vehicle collision closed a portion of an intersection in Orleans.

A vehicle jumped the curb at Forest Valley Drive and Orleans Boulevard early Friday morning, knocking down two traffic-light poles.

Police said it is not known if alcohol played a role, or if charges will be laid.  No one was injured in the collision.

Hydro Ottawa crews are expected to be on scene for four hours repairing live wires.
