OTTAWA – The capital’s biggest music festival is taking place at Lebreton Flats.
The 20th edition of RBC Royal Bank Bluesfest has a little something for everyone this year, including Blake Shelton, Lady Gaga, The Killers, Queens of the Stone Age, Tegan and Sara, Journey, Snoop Dog,
