‘Pants puller’ pleads to guilty to more sexual assaults

OTTAWA — The Ottawa man known as the ‘pants puller’ has pleaded guilty today to five more sexual assaults.
28-year-old Gavin Sean Griffiths was arrested two years ago for approaching multiple women from behind and attempting to pull down their pants.
Griffiths was recently been released from jail and was on probation when he attacked five other women.
The incidents took place in the New Edinburgh and North River Roads areas on a Saturday morning in May this year.
Griffiths pleaded guilty and was ordered to undergo a psychiatric examination.
He will appear in court again on September 15.
