OTTAWA — Looking at raising the speed limit on 400 series highways, a review of Tuesday’s Justin Timberlake concert and a fundraising concert to help support the Ottawa Folklore Centre are some of the topics being discussed on Talk to the Hand.

Wednesday’s show rundown:
