OTTAWA – The launch of Uber in Ottawa, Canada’s expanding role in the battle against ISIS, Ottawa West and Arnprior being among the top neighbourhoods in Canada to invest and a new fabric to protect athletes in high-risk sports are some of the topics being discussed on Talk to the Hand.
