Man charged in string of sexual assaults

OTTAWA — A man has been arrested and charged after a series of sexual assaults in the Rideau Street area.
Four women told police they were inappropriately touched and assaulted over the previous two weeks. Police say all of the incidents involved the same man.
Police made an arrest at the scene and charged the man the next day.
Yonel Balthazar, 29, is charged with two counts of sexual assault and two counts of assault. He was due in court on Tuesday.
