OTTAWA – The newly formed Ottawa Property Owners Coalition, a $2 million donation to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation, the need to remove inter-provincial trade barriers to help small and medium business and the deal that saw Postmedia buy Quebecor’s English-language newspapers are some of the topics being discussed on Talk to the Hand.
