Winter storm warning in effect for Ottawa/Gatineau valley

OTTAWA – Environment Canada has issued a winter storm warning for Ottawa-Gatineau and valley regions.

Between 20 and 30 cm of snow is expected to start Monday night and will continue throughout Tuesday.

Environment Canada is warning driving conditions could be dangerous with the heavy snowfall along with blowing snow.

It is advised to avoid travelling if possible.
