Two men rescued after falling through ice

OTTAWA – Two men have been taken to hospital to be treated for exposure, after falling through the ice near Munster.
Emergency crews were called to 3602 Kettles Rd. just before 10 p.m. where two snowmobilers had gone through the ice of a creek.
Crews used GPS coordinates and 911 mapping to find the men, but had trouble reaching them as their location was at least 10 kilometres deep into an area of swamp and trails.
Fire services managed to reach the men shortly before 4 a.m., and other than being very wet and cold, are expected to be fine.
