Ottawa remains under frostbite advisory

OTTAWA – No relief from the frigid cold as the National Capital Region remains in the grips of a deep freeze.

Ottawa’s forecast high for Tuesday is only -11 C, with a morning wind chill around -30 C. For the afternoon, the wind chill is expected to hover around -20.

The wind is forecast to continue into the overnight, with a wind chill around -24 C.
