Man stabbed in the leg in Vanier

OTTAWA – One man is in hospital after a stabbing in Vanier.

Police and paramedics were called to the area of Montreal Road, near Marier Avenue at 10:11 p.m. Sunday.

Paramedics treated a 30-year-old man for a penetrating wound to the leg, and was taken to hospital in serious but stable condition.

Police are investigating.
