Several road closures during Three Amigos Summit

OTTAWA — The North American Leader’s Summit means numerous road and waterway closures across the downtown near Parliament Hill, the ByWard Market and the National Gallery.
Road closed today include:
- Sussex Drive from Rideau Street to Boteler Street
- Lady Grey Drive
- Rideau Street from Mackenzie Avenue to Dalhousie Street
- Alexandra Bridge
- Mackenzie Avenue
- Colonel By Drive between Rideau Street and Daly Avenue
- Wellington Street – eastbound at Lyon and westbound at Kent
- southbound Elgin Street from Wellington to Queen
- northbound Elgin Street from Albert to Wellington.
The bike path behind Parliament Hill will also be closed from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., today.

While pedestrians will be allowed in most areas around the downtown, there will be occasional restrictions throughout the day.
There will not be any tours of Parliament Hill nor will there be any yoga on the Hill.
Boats will not be allowed to stop, anchor or moor along the Rideau Canal between Plaza Bridge and Dow’s Lake at the Bronson Bridge. Boaters also will not be allowed anywhere on the Ottawa River between the National Gallery, Parliament Hill and the Musuem of History today.
