Ottawa man faces attempted murder charges for December shooting

OTTAWA – A 23-year-old Ottawa man faces an attempted murder charge in connection with a December shooting in Gloucester.

One person was shot in the evening hours of December 13, and was hospitalized in serious condition.

The Guns and Gangs Unit took over the investigation, releasing surveillance photos in early January of two people outside the location on Arrowsmith Drive where the shooting took place.

Jude Joseph, 23, is charged with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit an indictable offense, and breach of recognizance.
