Missing man may be disoriented

OTTAWA–Ottawa police need your help finding a missing man.
40-year old Miguel ‘Angel’ Hernandez was last seen this morning around 9 o’clock at the transit stop on Rideau Street near the Rideau Centre.
Investigators say he may be disoriented and there are concerns for his safety.
Hernandez is a bearded Hispanic man, 5′ 8″ tall, wearing a light grey hoodie, dark pants and carrying a large, clear plastic bag.
