Presto card site back up and running

OTTAWA – A sigh of relief for transit riders who use the Presto card.

OC Transpo says the Presto card site, used to load cash and passes onto the smartcards, is back up and running after an outage.

The site is used by OC Transpo riders, as well as transit users in multiple other transit systems in the Toronto area.

The site experienced a glitch Tuesday night and was down all day Wednesday.

OC Transpo says while the Presto card site is back up and running, it will still let users who haven’t been able to load cash or their September pass onto their card to ride, Thursday.
