Time for some extra sleep! Clocks go back one hour tonight

Feeling a little tired? Well, feel free to sleep in an extra hour on Sunday.

Daylight Saving Time officially ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday November 6, when clocks turn back one hour.

Days are getting shorter as we approach the Winter Solstice, or shortest day of the year, set for December 21.

While many clocks and electronic devices are now automatically synched to update as Daylight Saving Time ends, it’s best to double-check your devices.

You’re also advised to check the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
