Police issue warrant for man in murder investigation

OTTAWA – Police have a warrant out for an Ottawa man in connection with a murder investigation.

Mahmoud Kayem, 32, is charged with one count of accessory after the fact to murder, though police do not specify what murder investigation the charge is related to.

Back in October, police were looking for Kayem and another man as witnesses to a murder.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mahmoud Kayem is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service Major Crime Section at 613-236-1222 ext 5493.
