One person killed in Killaloe house fire

KILLALOE, Ont. – One person has died in a house fire in Killaloe.

The blaze broke out in a home on Queen Street around 1:30 a.m. Monday, and when emergency crews arrived at the scene, the home was fully engulfed in flames.

Provincial police have confirmed one body was located inside and they are working with the Coroner, the Ontario Fire Marshall and the OPP Forensic Unit to confirm the identity of the victim.
