Woman injured in 417 rollover

OTTAWA — A single-vehicle rollover near Stittsville has left a woman with serious injuries.
The rollover happened in the westbound lanes of Highway 417, just west of Carp Road, a little before 8 p.m., Thursday. Emergency crews found a van rolled onto its side.
The 55-year-old woman, who was the only person inside the van, had to be extricated from the vehicle.
The woman was taken to hospital with head and spinal injuries. She was listed in serious but stable condition.
OPP are still investigating the cause of the crash.
