Two people killed in two-vehicle collision east of Navan

OTTAWA – Two people have been killed in a collision in Sarsfield, east of Navan.

Emergency crews were called to a two-vehicle collision between a Hyundai Elantra and a GMC SUV at 3946 Colonial Road, at Canaan Road, just after 10:30 a.m., Tuesday.

Two women in their 50s to 60s have been killed in the crash, along with a dog.

The investigation is ongoing.

Colonial Road is closed in both directions between Canaan Road and Birchgrove Road.
