OTTAWA — A public consultation on the second phase of Ottawa’s light rail project will be interactive as well as online.
City staff will give a presentation on the Stage 2 LRT project, then take questions, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The presentation will be broadcast live on the city’s Facebook page, as well as on YouTube. Residents can submit questions about the presentation and the project on the Facebook feed.
You can also attend the presentation in person, at City Hall, or attend a satellite event hosted by south-end city councillors, beginning at 6 p.m. at the Hunt Club-Riverside Park Community Centre on Paul Anka Drive.
Phase 2 of LRT will extend service east from Blair station to Trim Road, west from Tunney’s Pasture to Moodie Drive and Algonquin College, and south from Greenboro to the airport and Riverside South.
