No STO service Thursday as part of rotating strikes

GATINEAU – The union representing Gatineau’s transit service is holding a series of one-day strikes.
The required notice has been given, and the decision to walk off the job was made late Wednesday night.
STO service is shut down Thursday.
The six OC Transpo routes that do serve the Gatineau side will continue operating Thursday, but the Ottawa’s transit service will not be adding any additional buses or routes.
The City of Gatineau has freed up 500 parking spaces at the Robert Guertin Arena.
