Missing: 54-year-old Robert Russ of Ottawa

OTTAWA – Police are asking for assistance in locating a missing local man.

Robert Russ, 54, has not been seen since May 15, and was last seen on Murray Street.

Russ is described as:

Caucasian
5’6″
100 lbs
Salt and pepper hair
Very rough looking

Russ is developmentally delayed.

Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Ottawa Police Dispatch at 613-236-1222.
