UPDATE: Missing Ottawa boy returns home

OTTAWA — The Ottawa Police Service says Seth McHugh, 12, has returned home and “all is well.”

McHugh had been last seen in the Meadowlands Dr. area Saturday morning, around 10:30 a.m.

Police put out a release saying he was missing early this morning, but the search has now been cancelled.
