Ottawa drops second straight on road

FLINT, MI. — A pair of goals from Captain Travis Barron weren’t enough, as the 67’s lost 5-4 against Flint in overtime.

The firebirds scored Saturday night’s game-winning goal with just two seconds to go in OT.

Ottawa closes out its three-game road trip on Sunday, when they face the Sarnia Sting at 2 p.m.

The 67’s lost 4-0 Friday night in Saginaw.

The team returns to TD Place Arena for Thanksgiving Weekend with games against Peterborough on October 6 and Flint on October 8.
