Ottawa man faces threats charge

OTTAWA–An Ottawa man faces charges connected to an investigation of threats made against a youth social service.
Ottawa Police arrested Melcamm Brigaldino, 19, Friday.
Brigaldino faces charges of uttering threats, mischief, and counseling commission of an indictable offence which is not committed.
Police were investigating allegations the accused threatened to use a firearm, and used social media to encourage others to assault the youth service’s staff.
The investigation is continuing.
