Crews knock down fire in Wellington West

OTTAWA – There were no injuries in a fire in Wellington West overnight.
Around 12:15 a.m., crews responded to a 911 call reporting visible smoke and flames at a single, detached home at 14 Gould St.
The Ottawa Fire Service immediately dispatched extra resources due to the wind conditions, and an aggressive attack was initiated when crews arrived on scene.
All occupants had made it out of the home when crews arrived.
Police, paramedics, Enbridge Gas and Hydro Ottawa all responded to the scene.
