Police probe west end stabbing

OTTAWA – Two men were injured during a stabbing incident in the city’s west end Monday.

Police responded to a pizza shop near the intersection of Baseline and McWatters roads around 3 p.m.

A 27-year-old man had been stabbed and was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.

A 35-year-old man was also injured, but it’s unclear what caused his injuries.

Both men continue to recover.

Police say there are no suspects at this time, but they have leads and know who they’re looking for.
