Student seriously injured on Algonquin Campus

OTTAWA – A student has been seriously injured on the Algonquin College campus.

An email statement from President Cheryl Jensen states that the accident happened in a stairwell in the college’s C Building around 4 p.m. Wednesday.

The male student was taken to hospital to be treated for his injuries.

The student’s name has not been released.

Police are investigating.
