Aggravated assault among charges laid in Prince of Wales Drive motel stabbing

The Ottawa Police Service has arrested and charged a 33-year-old man after a stabbing at a motel on Prince of Wales Drive, just south of Hunt Club Road.
The incident, which happened on May 4, at around 9:30 p.m., left a man in his 50s with serious injuries.
Andrew Harper, of Ottawa, has been charged with:
- Aggravated Assault
- Assault with a weapon
- Breach of undertaking
Harper appeared in court on May 14, and remains in custody.
